Jacques Cool, Director, Development and Animation – CADRE21
A native of New Brunswick, Jacques Cool worked there in education for 30 years in various positions: science teacher, department head, evaluation consultant, study program manager, e-learning manager, leadership coordinator, technopedagogue , specialist in online assessment and community schools. He has worked in the New Brunswick Department of Education, the Université de Moncton and the NB Community College. It is now in Montreal that he continues his journey as Director – Development and animation of CADRE21. Teamwork and the richness of learning in a network are two essential professional values for him. He considers himself a lifelong learner. He has delivered over 50 workshops and conferences throughout Quebec and Canada as well as in France, Switzerland, Romania, Haiti and Senegal. He has been on the editorial committee of Education Canada since 2014 and has blogged since 2004 at zecool.com in addition to conducting an active watch on Twitter (@zecool).
