Depuis 2012- DEPUTY DEAN, The Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University “Ovidius” Constanta. In charge of the scientific research and the quality management : to organize the national and international relationships of the department ; to organize the scientific events of teachers and students ; to co-ordinate the international educational programs (Socrates, Erasmus a.s.o.) both for students and teachers, at the faculty level ; to monitor the scientific research activities (by contracting in the research themes, running the scientific publications of the department, developing the required logistic for the scientific research, the teachers and students participation at the national and international seminars and symposia, the assessment approval of teachers’ scientific activities) ; to provide the department’s relationship with the media ; to co-ordinate the activity providing the quality of the educational process.
