WEBINAR – Digital and health crisis : another school yet to be created – Alain Bouvier

The current global pandemic which is spreading very quickly and whose end is not yet perceptible has in almost all countries led to the closure of schools. They are trying to use distance education, digital uses and especially parents and the school market.
The current period calls for a rapid appeal to many innovations which give a new central place to parents and the school market.
The period which will follow and which must be prepared will not be a simple return to the previous situation. We will explain why it is necessarily a new school that the public authorities of each country will have to build with the local resources of society.

Alain Bouvier, former rector, professor emeritus in management sciences at the University of Poitiers, is associate professor at the University of Sherbrooke, editor-in-chief of the Revue internationale d’études de Sèvres and director of the Profession cadre collection Public service. Author of numerous books and articles (his latest : Iconoclastic remarks on the French education system, in 2019), he has carried out more than 150 missions on 5 continents.
