Co-build a skills repository
A reference system of skills : for what ? With reference to what ?
A repository is used to guide the action of a collective, build a business repository, build a curriculum (teaching, training …), certify skills (framework : academic ? Professional environment ? …), regulate an action personal, define the priority skills to develop in a step t + 1, self-position (explain the skills developed : see ANGE).
With reference to what ? (what values?)It must be effective, relevant, appropriate, refer to an educational vision and be constructed with reference to this educational vision co-constructed by the actors.
J. M. de Ketele shows in his conference how to co-build a common language, proposes a model for developing the skills reference by alternating co-working workshops and expert summaries.
