– The professionalization / professional development / continuing education distinction ;
– On what condition can professional activity be a source of learning, can it be formative ?
– How can a collective of peers participate in their work process in the professional development of their own participants ? Under what conditions can a collective project learn from what it implements ? How can a collective of peers participate in the professional development of an individual who participates in it ?
– What form of governance in a training structure seems more conducive to the professional development of its staff ?

Richard Wittorski is a university professor at the University of Rouen. His work focuses on the analysis of the ways and forms of professionalization in the field of adult training in different activity environments (industry, services).
